Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NuFAZE Aesthetics UK. The terms herein are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and safeguard both Practitioners and Clients/Patients so that the highest standard of safety, quality and services can be given and received.

You must read carefully, agree to, and adhere to all terms prior to consultation/engagement with our services.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. Privacy and Information

All clients/patients are required to provide the following contact details in order to secure a consultation/appointment: Full Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email and Phone Number.


Prior to consultation/ appointment, upon booking, the client/patient will receive a Medical History Form, which must be completed with full disclosure of any conditions to the best of your knowledge, which may affect your treatment. This is a legal requirement for all consultations/appointments and treatment planning. Further consent forms will be provided and must be completed before commencement of treatment.


Client/Patient personal data is stored confidentially in accordance with GDPR Data Protection legislation. No information will be shared with any third parties without the client/patient's prior written consent.


Communication & Marketing: Clients/Patients may opt out of mailing lists or promotional communications by unsubscribing at any time.

2. Consultations, Appointments and Deposits

To secure your consultation/appointment, a deposit of £35 is required.


Deposits are redeemable against treatments if the treatment is booked and completed. If no treatment is provided, the deposit is non-refundable.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation/appointment, you must call/contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booking. We reserve the right to charge 100% of your deposit should you fail to do so or if you miss a consultation/appointment, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to, illness or travel disruptions.

3. Special Offers

Treatments must be paid in full at the time of your procedure.


Special offers are subject to the same Terms and Conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.


Vouchers and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.


All treatments associated with vouchers and offers must be fully completed prior to the expiry date.

4. Suitability and Treatment Guidelines

Individuals under 18 are not eligible for injectable treatments.


All new clients/patients are required to have an initial consultation and assessment.


Treatments are not necessarily provided on the first visit, except when deemed appropriate by both the practitioner and client/patient.


Treatment Expectations: We provide high-quality, evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs. If we determine that your expectations cannot be met and/or the treatment is not in your best interest and/or a safe or satisfactory result cannot be achieved, we reserve the right to decline treatment.


Routine reviews for Botulinum Toxin treatments are advised within 2–3 weeks of treatment. Adjustments or additional treatments cannot be offered beyond 3 weeks.


Clients/Patients are advised not to attend appointments if they are unwell, including symptoms of colds, flu, cold sores, or skin infections and must provide adequate notice to reschedule.

5. Payments

Deposits must be paid in full prior to consultation/appointment.
Payments for treatments must be made in full at the time of the procedure.
Payments can be made by cash, via bank transfer or digital option.

Whilst we strive for excellence, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed; therefore, refunds cannot be given if results do not meet client/patient expectations.


All treatments and offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Feedback and Complaints

Feedback is welcome and can be provided verbally or via email.


In the unlikely event that you should wish to make a complaint, please notify us immediately so that we can address your concerns. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available upon request.

7. Refer a Friend Rewards Program

Valid for existing clients/patients only who refer new customers spending a minimum of £250.

The advertised discount/credit will be applied after treatment has been completed and paid for in full.

Recipients must be 18+ years at the time of consultation to be eligible.

The offer must be redeemed within 4 months from the date of issue.

8. Our rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel treatments at our discretion, with no obligation to provide further services. All treatments and services by NuFAZE Aesthetics are fully insured.
